There are four basic type of Tru and Flex transfers.

Truflex is our highest quality transfer and is made to withstand heavy wash formulas up to 160F (70C).  We recomend Truflex for overalls, medical wear and coats.

Flextrans is the transfer that stretches along with the fabric. Flextrans is ideal for use on sportwear, such as, Lycra, Spandex and various other stretch fabrics.  This product is meant for domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 140F (60C).

Both Truflex and Flextrans are highly defined and the colors are bold and strong.  Any color combination is possible, plus we can match your PMS color.  Once heat-sealed these cold peel transfers cannot be removed and will not fade.  Truflex/Flextrans are supplied pre-cut on a clear carrier making it easy to place the design on the garment for heat-sealing.  Your provided design must be made of spot colors - no gradients or "shading".  Another plus, the inks sit on top of the fabric blocking out the background garment color.

Tru-Image and Flex-Image are similar to Truflex and Flextrans, but come on a white carrier paper, and your provided design may include gradients and shading.  In fact, with Tru-Image and Flex-Image you can provide a picture for the artwork as well.  There is no extra charge no matter how many colors are in the design; the price is the same.  Registration may vary slightly from design to design due to the manufacturing process and we cannot match a PMS color exactly.

As to the design, our fully equiped studio can handle any sketch or illustration.  The full color proof we will provide will give you a good idea of what the transfer will look like.  Normal delivery time is 10 working days from proof approval.
