 The Complete System

The system consists of either the industrial a4-2 thermal printer or smaller TTP-245c thermal printer, Bartender software, TD2000-01 transfer media and thermal ink. Once printed simply place the custom transfer onto the material and heat-seal to the fabric in 6 to 7 seconds.

 TD2000-01 and thermal ink

Each package of TD2000-01 transfer media includes ink.  The ink is available in Black, Red, Blue, Silver, Gold and Dark Gold.  The silver, gold and dark gold work well on dark and light colored fabrics.

 How it all works together...

Load the TD material and ink into the thermal printer.  Guides help position the media in the printer for easy loading.  Next configure your transfer in the Bartender software. You can choose the height of each transfer, add as many lines of text, numbers, barcodes and logo's that will fit on the label size you choose, then select print.  The thermal printers have a built in cutter that will cut and drop the transfer automatically for you.  You'll notice the transfer was printed in mirror image. Once you heat-sealed this to the shirt and peel away the paper carrier it will be readable.

No more ordering minimum quantities of transfers. Print one, two or as many as you like each time.  It's that simple!
